Why do people keep falling for doomsday theories? Like 2012?
There have been hundreds of apocalypse prophecies through out human history. I don't understand why people haven't learned their lessons yet....
Maybe these doomsday prophecies give people a sense of urgency...you know, living in the THE here and THE now. I guess every generation thinks that they are a part of some big scheme.
People go see movies. People go see magic acts. People ride roller coasters.
Its a fact, jack that people like to be fooled and scared.
A scared fool is the archetype human.
